titleOfInvention | Acrylic resin used for fluorocarbon coatings |
abstract | The invention discloses acrylic resin used for fluorocarbon coatings; the acrylic resin is formed by copolymerizing at least one methyl acrylate monomer, at least one acrylate monomer and at least one functional compound monomer which contains carbon-carbon double bond and can receive free-radical polymerization with the methyl acrylate monomer and the acrylate monomer. The acrylic resin provided by the invention has the advantages that the glass transition temperature is 45 to 70 DEG C, the weight-average molecular weight is 50,000 to 250,000, and the tu-4 cup viscosity is 90 to 190 seconds at 250 DEG C, and the usability of PVDF resin serving as a fluorocarbon coating can be improved advantageously. |
