abstract |
In conventional imaging devices, a light shielding section that limits incoming light beams for generating a parallax image is provided to each pixel. However, the light shielding section is provided separated from a photoelectric conversion element, and so there have been cases in which unnecessary light such as diffracted light generated at the boundary between the light shielding section and an opening section has reached the photoelectric conversion element. Thus, provided is an imaging element that is provided with: photoelectric conversion elements that are arrayed two-dimensionally and that perform photoelectric conversion of incoming light into an electrical signal; and a reflectivity adjustment membrane that is formed at the respective light reception surfaces of at least a subset of the photoelectric conversion elements, and that includes at least a first section having a first reflectivity and a second section having a second reflectivity differing from the first reflectivity. |
