abstract | The invention relates to a method for rapidly determining content of index components of a Qingkailing oral solution. The method comprises the following specific operation steps: (1) collecting a correction set and collecting original spectrum data; (2) determining the content of the index components of the Qingkailing oral solution; (3) establishing and checking a correction model; and (4) determining a new sample of the Qingkailing oral solution. The detection precision of the established model is close to that of a standard method and the detection precision of the content of the index components is remarkably improved; compared with an existing method, the determination time is greatly shortened and the determination of each sample commonly can be finished within one minute; the method can be used as a rapid quality control method which has extremely good application prospect; by adopting the method, the problems of traditional determination of the Qingkailing oral solution that the consumed time is long, the efficiency is low and the like are solved; and meanwhile, powerful technical guarantees are provided for the quality improvement of varieties of the Qingkailing oral solution and the like. |
