titleOfInvention | Early in-vitro culture solution and culture method after ovary tissue freeze-thawing |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of reproductive medicine, particularly an early in-vitro culture solution and culture method after ovary tissue freeze-thawing. The early in-vitro culture solution after ovary tissue freeze-thawing comprises a first culture solution for pretreating freeze-thawed ovary tissues and a second culture solution for long-term culturing of the pretreated ovary tissues. The first culture solution is a collagenase solution; after the freeze-thawed ovary tissues are treated by the first culture solution, the collagenase dissolves part of collagen under the enzyme digestion action on the collagen and other tissues, so that the compact ovary tissue mesenchyme becomes loose, thereby being beneficial to the permeation of the second culture solution in the subsequent long-term culture; and thus, the second culture solution sufficiently contacts cells in different positions (especially in the central position) in the tissues, so that the ovary tissues can sufficiently absorb nutrient components and expel metabolism waste, thereby better implementing in-vitro growth development. |
