Every liter of the meat infusion broth contains the following materials by weight: 3.0 g of beef powder, 5.0 g of sodium chloride, 12.0 g of peptone and 2.0 g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate. The Pfizer enterococcus selective agar culture medium disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple formula, convenience for preparation and operation, low cost, facilitation in popularization and application, fast fungus growth, low mutation probability and convenience for observation and analysis.
