The invention relates to the field of microorganism, in particular to bacillus megaterium, application of bacillus megaterium, a microbial degradation agent and a preparation method and an application of the microbial degradation agent, wherein the bacillus megaterium is bacillus megaterium TDB-2 with a preservation number of CCTCC NO: M 2012352 and can be used for degrading triazophos; the bacillus megaterium TDB-2 is used as the active ingredient of the microbial degradation agent, the preparation method of the microbial degradation agent comprises the following steps: culturing the bacillus megaterium TDB-2 according to a plating method until single colonies come out; inoculating a seed medium with the single colonies and culturing till a logarithmic phase, thus obtaining bacterial liquid; inoculating a production medium with the bacterial liquid according to an inoculation amount of 1-3% and culturing till the logarithmic phase, and packaging to obtain the microbial degradation agent. The bacillus megaterium TDB-2 provided by the invention can effectively degrade the triazophos and is efficient, non-toxic and friendly to the environment, etc. |
