titleOfInvention Method for preparing aldehyde amine type rubber vulcanization accelerant 808
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing an aldehyde amine type rubber vulcanization accelerant 808. The method is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps: heating a solution of n-butanal and 0.4% sodium hydroxide to be 80-100 DEG C to react when being stirred, synthesizing 2-ethyl-2-hexenal, subsequently adding 2-ethyl-2-hexenal, aniline and p-toluenesulfonic acid, adding an organic solvent for dissolving, in the presence of an inert gas, heating to backflow to divide the water, performing gas-phase detection reaction, cooling to be the room temperature, performing liquid division extraction on reactants, drying an organic phase by using a drying agent, performing reduced pressure distillation to remove the organic solvent, thereby obtaining a coarse product, performing reduced pressure distillation on the coarse product, thereby obtaining a product, that is, the aldehyde amine type rubber vulcanization accelerant 808, wherein the yield of the coarse product is about 90%, and the purity of the aldehyde amine type rubber vulcanization accelerant 808 is 90-99%.
