titleOfInvention Dividing wall type rotary kiln
abstract The invention relates to a dividing wall type rotary kiln comprising a kiln body, a kiln head hood, a kiln tail hood and a burner, wherein the kiln body is of a sleeve structure and consists of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder which are coaxially arranged, a kiln chamber is arranged in the center of the inner cylinder, and a material channel is arranged between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; the material channel is provided with a supporting refractory material; a feeding ring and a discharging ring are arranged on the rotary kiln, and the feeding ring and the discharging ring are connected with the kiln body in a sealing mode; the feeding ring is positioned on one side of the kiln tail hood, and the discharging ring is positioned on one side of the kiln head hood; a feed hole and a discharge hole are formed in the outer cylinder, the feeding ring is communicated with the material channel by virtue of the feed hole, and the discharging ring is communicated with the material channel by virtue of the discharge hole; and decomposition gas outlets are formed in the feeding ring and the discharging ring. According to the dividing wall type rotary kiln disclosed by the invention, the feeding ring and the discharging ring are arranged on the kiln body, so that the feeding and discharging modes can be improved, and operations of the dividing wall type rotary kiln can be optimized; and by virtue of the kiln body with the inner and outer cylinders, direct contact between flue gas and materials can be avoided, the quality of lime products can be improved, and the recycling of a byproduct carbon dioxide gas can be facilitated.
