The soft magnetic material composition is characterized in that: the soft magnetic alloy particles consist of Fe-Si-M soft magnetic alloy or Fe-Ni-Si-M soft magnetic alloy, wherein M is at least one selected from Cr, Al, Ti, Co and Ni, and Li exists in the grain boundaries.
