abstract | The invention discloses a determining pretreatment method for a leek sample containing 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol pesticide residue. The method comprises: accurately weighing 10-20 g of a crushed sample in a 250 mL conical flask with a stopper, adding an acidified mixed solution of ethyl acetate and water, performing vibrating extraction, then collecting the organic phase, concentrating to almost dry, eluting with acidified acetonitrile, purifying by using a graphitized carbon amino column, using methanol and formic acid water with the concentration of 0.1% according to the volume ratio of 50:50 for dissolving, and filtering by a 0.22 mu m filter film for determining. The disclosed processing method is capable of processing 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol in leek, does not need derivatization, and is fast in determining speed, low in cost, and high in sensitivity, accuracy, stability and reliability. |
