abstract | The invention discloses an extraction process for volatile oil of cortex ailanthi. The extraction process comprises the following steps of drying cortex ailanthi in the shade, smashing, and sieving the cortex ailanthi by using a 40-mesh sieve; adding cortex ailanthi powder into distilled water, uniformly stirring, then, adding a compound enzyme, adjusting the pH value to 4.0-5.0, and carrying out enzymolysis at the constant temperature of 45 DEG C for 2.5 hours, wherein the mass of the distilled water is twice as much as that of the cortex ailanthi powder, and the mass of the compound enzyme accounts for 3-4% of the mass of the cortex ailanthi powder; extracting the material subjected to enzymolysis by using dual-frequency ultrasonic waves, filtering to obtain filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate until no alcohol smell exists; and extracting the concentrated solution three times by using an organic solvent, mixing the extracting solutions, drying anhydrous sodium sulfate, and carrying out vacuum concentration to obtain the volatile oil of the cortex ailanthi. The extraction process disclosed by the invention is simple and easy, free of a great deal of organic solvent, safe, nontoxic and suitable for industrial production. |
