The present invention relates to siloxane polymers having a central polysiloxane polymer block with terminal organofunctional groups comprising urea and/or urethane groups and amino acid groups, said siloxane polymer comprising A central polysiloxane polymer block B of an organofunctional group bonded to the polymer block at the end or side of the polymer block, comprising IPDI and amino acid derivatives to which groups Q1', Q2' are covalently linked, and to compositions comprising these siloxanes.
