The invention provides a composite carrier for preparing immobilized protein, polypeptide or oligopeptide, a preparation method and application thereof. The composite support is porous and comprises: i) an open-cell, porous organic foam; and ii) a cross-linked product of chitosan formed by cross-linking a polyaldehyde compound immobilized on the surface of one or more cell walls of said porous organic foam and having aldehyde groups thereon capable of reacting with a protein, polypeptide or oligopeptide. The invention has the following advantages and positive effects: the complex carrier of the present invention allows proteins, polypeptides or oligopeptides to be easily and stably immobilized on the carrier. The prepared immobilized product has the advantages of large specific surface area, high specific activity, simple preparation and low cost, and is suitable for industrial production. |
