titleOfInvention A brush-type hydrazine polymer functionalized magnetic nanomaterial and its preparation and application
abstract The invention relates to the preparation of a brush-type hydrazine polymer functionalized magnetic nanometer material and its application in glycopeptide or glycoprotein enrichment. After introducing reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) reagents on the surface of nanomaterials, organic polymerization functional monomers and organic polymerization initiators are added, and the organic functional monomers undergo controllable freedom under the control of reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer reagents. Based polymerization reaction, organic-inorganic hybrid nanomaterials containing brush polymers were prepared. The organic-inorganic hybrid nanomaterial has a simple preparation process and mild reaction conditions, and can be applied to the enrichment of glycopeptides or glycoproteins in complex biological samples.
