Analysis and visualization of OCT angiography data |
abstract |
Methods for analyzing and visualizing OCT angiography data are provided. In one embodiment, an automated method for identifying foveal avascular regions in a two-dimensional anterior image generated from motion contrast data is provided. Several 3D visualization techniques are provided, including one where a specific vessel in a motion contrast image is selected and all connected vessels are highlighted. Further embodiments include stereoscopic visualization methods. Furthermore, various metrics for characterizing OCT angiography image data are described. |
