titleOfInvention Heating stage for observing material in high-temperature solution under electron probe microscope
abstract The invention discloses a heating stage for observing a material in a high-temperature solution under an electron probe microscope. The heating stage consists of a water bath system, a micro heating device, a micro circulating water system, a lower-power solution temperature field controller, a solution system and a sample stage. When in work, the water bath system stays at a full-water state, temperature is set through an external high-precision temperature controller, and the water bath is heated through the micro heating device; meanwhile, the micro circulating water system starts to work, so that the water bath circulates, the temperature of the entire water bath system is kept uniform and consistent, and the solution and a sample are heated; the low-power solution temperature field controller is used for realizing uniformity and consistency of the solution temperature. By adopting the heating stage, the material surface in a high-temperature solution can be observed by virtue of an electron probe, so that the synthesized material or crystal growth in the high-temperature solution can be observed in real time, and the observation result can better conform to the phenomenon when the material is synthesized or the crystal grows.
