titleOfInvention | Preparation method and preparation device for conductive chemical fibers |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method for conductive chemical fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adsorbing chemical fibers to be treated through aniline gas and then performing polymerization reaction under the plasma condition to obtain the conductive chemical fibers. The invention further provides a preparation device for the conductive chemical fibers. The preparation device comprises an aniline gas generator and a plasma polymerization reactor; the chemical fibers to be treated sequentially pass through the aniline gas generator and the plasma polymerization reactor. According to the preparation method and the preparation device, the chemical fibers to be treated are adsorbed through the aniline gas and then the polymerization reaction is performed under the plasma condition, so that the in situ polymerization of aniline on the chemical fibers to be treated is realized; complex pretreatment is eliminated and the addition of oxidant is avoided and the like; the preparation method and the preparation device have the advantages of high reaction speed, simple preparation process, convenience in operation and control, less consumption of reagent, low preparation cost and no waste water; besides, the conductive chemical fibers prepared by the preparation method and the preparation device disclosed by the invention have good conductive performance; a conductive polyaniline coating is uniform and firm in bonding force. |
