abstract | The invention relates to multifunctional self-emulsifying ester which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass by virtue of esterification reaction: 30-80% of trimeric acid, 2-20% of isooctanol and 10-60% of alkoxy polyether. The invention further provides a preparation method of the multifunctional self-emulsifying ester. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing trimeric acid, isooctanol and alkoxy polyether; introducing nitrogen to protect; adding a certain amount of catalyst; carrying out esterification reaction at a certain temperature; and after reaction, cooling, vacuumizing and dewatering to obtain a finished product. The multifunctional self-emulsifying ester provided by the invention has good hard water resistance and self-emulsifying ability as well as good lubricating performance. |
