titleOfInvention Scratch-resistant automobile paint and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a scratch-resistant automobile paint, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of polypropylene resin, 10 to 30 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 10 to 30 parts of polyurethane, 5 to 15 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 20 parts of silicon dioxide, 5 to 11 parts of polysiloxane, 8 to 14 parts of erucyl amide hydroxy, 3 to 9 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1 to 5 parts of pigment, and 2 to 8 parts of inorganic filling material. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the scratch-resistant automobile paint. Compared to the prior art, the obtained scratch-resistant automobile paint preserves the characteristics of conventional automobile paint, and most importantly the scratch-resistant performance of the paint is prominently improved. Moreover, the VOC discharge amount is little, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
