abstract The invention discloses a dual sensitive segmented copolymer, self-assemble micelle, and applications thereof, also discloses a hydrophilic compound and a hydrophobic compound that are used to prepare the dual sensitive segmented copolymer and a preparation method of the hydrophilic compound and the hydrophobic compound, and further disclose a preparation intermediate of the hydrophilic compound and a preparation method thereof. The structural formula of the dual sensitive segmented copolymer is shown in the description. The hydrophilic compound and the hydrophobic compound are prepared individually. The hydrophilic compound and the hydrophobic compound are mixed in a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent to carry out oxidation reactions so as to obtain the dual sensitive segmented copolymer M. The dual sensitive segmented copolymer (with drugs) can form micelle in a polar solvent. The micelle can be used to carry out blank micelle stability tests, and can also be applied to experiments on testing stress effect of GSH and H2O2 with different concentrations, and experiments on testing the drug controlled release of drug-loaded micelle under the stress effect of GSH and H2O2. The synthesis raw materials are simple and easily-available, the prepared micelle has good stability, the reaction conditions are mild, and the provided method can be applied to massive production.
