titleOfInvention | Method for Synthesizing 99mTc Labeled Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Single Photon Tracer Using Fully Automated, One-step Method |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a 99m Tc-labeled epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor single-photon tracer by a fully automatic and one-step method, and belongs to the field of chemical synthesis. The method of the present invention can be carried out sequentially according to the following steps: 1) add stannous chloride (SnCl 2 ) or TPPTS to the reagent bottle containing the precursor, and then add EDDA; 2) add Na 99m TcO to the reaction bottle of step 1). 4 solution, heating at 80-100°C for 5-20min; 3) lowering the temperature; 4) filtering, diluting and dispensing the product. Experiments have proved that the method of the invention has the characteristics of multi-purpose, large output, high efficiency, simple and easy synthesis, low cost and the like. And the 99m Tc-EGFR-TKI tracer prepared by this method has clinical value for diagnosis and guiding treatment, especially for early diagnosis of lung cancer, formulation of lung cancer treatment plan, and evaluation of curative effect. |
