Diaza[6]helicene compound and its synthesis method and application in organic light-emitting diodes |
abstract |
The invention provides a diaza[6]helicene compound based on carbazole and quinoline, a synthesis method and application thereof. The invention uses carbazole and quinoline derivatives as raw materials and adopts a photocatalytic ring-closing method to prepare the helicene compound with photoelectric function. The synthesis means of the invention is simple, and common and cheap reagents are used, the preparation cost is reduced, and the preparation is easy to apply. Diaza[6]helicene (I) based on carbazole and quinoline has good solubility in different organic solvents, which is beneficial to the purification and film formation of the compound; multiple substituents can be obtained by adding different substituents Aromatic heterocyclic compound. The invention also provides a diaza[6]helicene compound used as a light-emitting material in an organic light-emitting diode. Diaza[6]helicenes (I) based on carbazole and quinoline can be used in organic field effect transistors, organic electroluminescence, organic second-order nonlinearity, photovoltaic materials, fluorescent probes and laser dyes. |
