titleOfInvention A kind of method of asymmetric catalytic synthesis gamma-nitropyrazole amide compound
abstract A method for the asymmetric catalytic synthesis of γ-nitropyrazole amide compounds, using nitroalkane and α, β-unsaturated pyrazole amide as raw materials, and a complex formed by a chiral amine oxide and a rare earth metal compound as a catalyst, Molecular sieve is used as additive, dichloromethane is used as solvent, react at 30° C. under normal pressure for 72-96 hours to obtain chiral γ-nitropyrazole amide compound, the yield is as high as 99%, and the enantiomeric excess is as high as 99% ee. The catalytic system not only has the advantages of simple operation, mild reaction conditions, no acid-base additives, convenient product purification, high yield and enantioselectivity, conforms to green atom economy, and has good industrial application prospects, but also the obtained γ -Nitropyrazole amide compounds can obtain some physiologically active molecules through some simple chemical transformations.
