The invention relates to the technical field of resin molds, and discloses a resin mold and a production method thereof. The resin mold comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of aluminum-based epoxy resins, 30-38 parts of aluminum powder, 25-32 parts of gypsum powder, 5-12 parts of wetting agent, 8-15 parts of curing agent, and 3-8 parts of antiageing agent. The aluminum-based epoxy resins are adopted, and the aluminum powder is added, so that the heat conductivity of the mold is improved, and the cost is reduced; the resin mold has the advantages of long service life, high hardness, smooth surface, precise size and good damage resistance; and the surface of the mold is difficultly worn. |
