The aluminum-based epoxy resins are adopted, and the aluminum powder is added, so that the heat conductivity of the mold is improved, and the cost is reduced; the resin mold has the advantages of long service life, high hardness, smooth surface, precise size and good damage resistance; and the surface of the mold is difficultly worn.
