The food for improving the osteoporosis has direct access to lesions; the food does not contain sodium ions so that the food completely has no side effect on patients with heart and cerebral vessel diseases including hypertension and the like; the osteoporosis is remarkably improved and the bone mineral density is increased; the food has the remarkable effects of lubricating joints and strengthening tendons and bones; and meanwhile, the immunity of a human body is obviously improved.
