abstract The invention discloses syringa pubescens health candies with antibacterial and anti-virus effects. The syringa pubescens health candies are prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10%-15% of antibacterial and anti-virus functional components, 15%-20% of fruit cream, 30%-40% of white granulated sugar, 20%-25% of maltose, 5%-10% of glucose, 2%-5% of stevioside, 0.5%-1% of citric acid, 0.5%-1% of malic acid and 0.01%-0.05% of menthol. The antibacterial and anti-virus function components comprise the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of syringa pubescens and 30-40 parts of lonicera japonica, and are prepared by the steps of washing, drying, chopping and drying pretreatment; and the fruit cream is prepared by adding a mixed solution of donkey-hide gelatin, carrageenan and pectin into concentrated juice obtained by squeezing fruits. The health candies have the antibacterial and anti-virus effects, are safe to take and have no toxic or side effect; and the health candies are suitable for eating for a long period by people with pharyngitis and low immunity and are convenient to take, and have natural and pure taste and good mouth feel.
