abstract | A solar cell device comprises an anode, a hole buffer layer, a first active layer, an interlayer, a second active layer, an electronic buffer layer and a cathode which are laminated sequentially. The first active layer and the second active layer are made of mixture of poly 3-hexylthiophene and 6,6-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester, the interlayer comprises a fullerene derivative layer and a doped layer laminated on the surface of the fullerene derivative layer, the fullerene derivative layer is made of materials selected from at least one of footballene, carbon 70, the (6,6)-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester and (6,6)-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester, and the doped layer is made of materials including hole-transporting materials, ferric salt and hole doped materials. The solar cell device is high in energy conversion efficiency. Besides, the invention further provides a production method of the solar cell device. |
