abstract The invention belongs to the field of chemical analysis and relates to a method for measuring the residues of various beta-receptor stimulants by a membrane dialysis-liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. According to the invention, a membrane dialysis technology is adopted to carry out pretreatment on a sample according to the molecular weight of an object to be measured and an MWCO (Molecular Weight Cut-Off) of a membrane so as to intercept macromolecular substances in a dialysis bag; a target compound permeates into dialyzate by analysis; a proper organic solvent is selected to extract drug residues in the dialyzate; and the membrane dialysis technology is used to establish a high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) detection method for simultaneously detecting residual quantity of 18 beta-receptor stimulants in an animal product. According to the method, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, and economy are achieved and the method can be used for detection confirmation of the residues of beta-receptor stimulant agonists in the animal product.
