titleOfInvention Method for preparing needle mushroom nutrient medium
abstract The invention relates to a method (5) for preparing a needle mushroom nutrient medium, which comprises temperature, humidity and composition proportion as well as process flow. The method is characterized in that temperature is 17-22 DEG C, the humidity is 85%-90%, the nutrient medium comprises the following raw materials by proportion: 30-45% of crop straw, 15-25% of wood chip, 5-8% of quicklime, 15-25% of bean dregs, 10-20% of rice bran and 15-20% of corn flour. The process flow comprises the following steps: 1)uniformly mixing crop straw and wood chip in proportion, crushing and stirring, adding 80-90% of water for uniformly stirring, building a pile and then fermenting for 12-15 days; 2)adding the discharged material in 5-8% of quicklime and uniformly mixing, then disinfecting; 3)adding bean dregs, corn flour and rice bran in proportion for coating and then exposing for 2-3 days; 4)packaging the discharged material and disinfecting at high temperature; 5)filling the discharged material in bags, and then grounding and inoculating strain; and 6) running strain at room temperature of 17-22 DEG C, and growing.
