titleOfInvention Multifunctional deironing valve piston assembly
abstract The invention discloses a multifunctional deironing valve piston assembly. The multifunctional deironing valve piston assembly is mounted in a main valve, a treating cylinder is mounted under the main valve, and a drain outlet, a water inlet and a water outlet are sequentially formed in the side wall of the main valve from top to bottom. The multifunctional deironing valve piston assembly comprises a piston, three annular grooves, namely a first groove, a second groove and a third groove, are formed in the circumferential surface of the piston from top to bottom, and of the three grooves, the first groove is the shallowest; the drain outlet, the water inlet and the water outlet formed in the inner wall of the main valve are provided with sealing rings, and the sealing rings are matched with the piston. Compared with the structure of a traditional piston, the structure of the piston is matched with the sealing rings in design and position, and a waiting position and a releasing position are added; when the piston is at the waiting position, external water cannot enter the treating cylinder under the main valve, time for contacting of the water existing in the treating cylinder with air is increased, and ferrous iron is accelerated to oxidize into high iron; when the piston is at the releasing position, narrow gaps are formed between the piston and the sealing rings, air is released slowly, and popping cannot be formed.
