abstract | The invention relates to a novel technology for ironing and arranging pillowcase, which can be used for ironing and arranging the pure cotton fiber linen such as pillowcase. The laundry uses high alkali for washing the pillowcase, so that alkaline residue is excessive, the pillowcase is easily protruded and yellowed through high-temperature ironing; the disinfection methods for the linen has the disadvantages of high cost, no environmental protection, influence on life of the linen, and difficult killing for the spores bacteria; and machine wash and addition of a softener which are used for preventing and treating static electricity can not remove the static electricity. According to the invention, a process is added during an ironing process of the linen of pillowcase, a spraying process of an atomization citric acid solution is added during the ironing process, phenomenon that hair is attached on the pillowcase due to static electricity can be greatly reduced, residual alkalescence of the washing agent can be neutralized, softness of the ironed pillowcase and the ironing flatness can be greatly increased, spores bacteria can be effectively killed, and the novel technology opens the new situation for ironing and arranging works in the laundry plants. |
