abstract The invention relates to a novel bedsheet linen pre-treatment process, which can be used for pre-treatment of bedsheet linen washing. A main spot of the bedsheet linen is protein spot which forms a hotbed for breeding bacteria by being exposed in air, and the undisinfected bedsheet linen can possibly be a medium for disease propagation. The existed disinfection methods on the market have the disadvantages of time consumption and labor consumption, or have large influence to color and life of the linen. The back washing rate of linen is high, so that usage is influenced, cost in laundry is increased, environmental pollution is generated, and usage life of the linen can be greatly reduced. According to the invention, the technology is in characterized in that a pre-treatment process is added before the linen is washed by a machine in an normal way, afterheat of steam backwater and a biological disinfectant are used, and a decontaminating agent is cooperated for disinfection of linen and heavy spot treatment. The pre-treatment process of linen has the advantages of good sterilization effect, green environmental protection, simple operation and obvious stain-removal effect, reduces the back washing rate of the linen in laundry plant, and opens a new situation for washing work by a single machine in the laundry plants.
