titleOfInvention Preparation method of room-temperature passivation solution of cast iron cylinder
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a room-temperature passivation solution of a cast iron cylinder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving 0.2%-0.4% of benzotriazole and 0.4%-0.6% of isoimidazolone by using 2.5%-3.5% industrial alcohol for later use; adding 1/2 of running water to a reaction kettle; starting a stirrer to stir at the speed of 300-400 r/min at normal temperature and pressure; sequentially adding 2%-3% of sodium benzoate, 1.5%-2.5% of industrial sodium carbonate, 13%-15% of phytic acid, 14%-16% of triethanolamine, 3%-4% of seleninic acid, 0.5%-1.5% of ferrous sulfate and 0.5%-0.8% of bromic acid, and then adding benzotriazole and isoimidazolone solution, which is dissolved in advance; and finally adding the residual 1/2 of running water, and stirring for 40-50 minutes, wherein the content of the components is the final content of the passivation solution.
