abstract | The invention discloses a process for preparing a non-chromium non-phosphorus passivation solution for a steel surface. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding ethanol, acetic acid and a proper amount of water into a container; then, adding 3-glycidoxy-propyl triethoxysilane, vinyltriethoxysilane, vinyltriacetoxysilane and water-based unsaturated polyester into the container under a stirring condition and reacting under stirring at 25-35 DEG C for 60-90 minutes, and adding N,N-dimethylaniline, triethanolamine and sodium benzoate and stirring for 10-20 minutes; and finally, adding water to fix the volume, and uniformly stirring, wherein the content of each component is determined according to the content specified in the process. |
