abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a colored passivation solution on the surface of a galvanized steel sheet. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing and dosing the components; dissolving chromium chloride hexahydrate in water while continuously stirring; sequentially adding malonic acid, tartaric acid, cobaltous sulfate, sodium hydrogen carbonate and nickel sulfate; after fully dissolving raw materials, heating to 65-85 DEG C; then slowly adding NaOH; then fully carrying out a complexing reaction for 2-3 hours; then, cooling to 20-30 DEG C; adding sodium nitrate and acetic acid; stirring for 25-35 minutes; then adding an acidic silica sol; stirring for 10-20 minutes; and adding to set the volume. |
