abstract | The invention discloses a process for preparing a fireproof nylon bundling belt for electric appliances. The bundling belt is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of nylon 6, 35-40 parts of nylon 66, 20-30 parts of nylon 612, 20-22 parts of ethylene-acrylic ester, 10-12 parts of tri-beta-chloroethyl phosphate, 4-6 parts of dibromoneopentyl glycol phosphate, 2-4 parts of bi(2,2,6,6-tertmethyl-3-piperidine amino)-isophthalamide and 1-2 parts of silicone powder. The process comprises the following steps: (1) sufficiently and uniformly mixing the raw materials, thereby obtaining a raw material mixture; (2) performing parallel-spin twin-screw extrusion pelleting on the mixture, obtained in the step (1), at 265-275 DEG C, thereby obtaining a pelleted material; and (3) performing injection molding on the pelleted material, obtained in the step (2), at 260-270 DEG C, thereby obtaining the fireproof nylon bundling belt. |
