abstract | The invention discloses a high-aging-resistance rubber composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 33-50 parts of polycarbonate, 17-39 parts of polyamide, 11-16 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-18 parts of aquarium cebollite, 33-54 parts of polybutylene terephthalate, 35-40 parts of basalt fiber, 15-35 parts of methyl amyl alcohol, 5-14 parts of calcium petroleum sulfonate, 3-7 parts of polycarbodiimide, 5-13 parts of modified kieselguhr and 11-17 parts of hindered phenol antioxidant. The high-aging-resistance rubber composition has excellent fatigue aging resistance, can be used for a long time in a fatigue state, and has the advantages of favorable heat resistance, favorable tear resistance, favorable chemical resistance, favorable wear resistance and long service life. |
