abstract | The invention relates to a shielding material, and particularly relates to a high-strength thermoplastic semiconductive internal shielding material. The high-strength thermoplastic semiconductive internal shielding material is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 80 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber, 30 parts of plasticizing agents, 5 parts of active agents, 30 parts of EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) materials, 6 parts of vulcanizing agents, 8 parts of antioxidants and 15 parts of plasticizing agents, wherein the plasticizing agents are mixtures of most of stearic acid, paraffin, carbon ink powder and titanium dioxide. The shielding material disclosed by the invention can be used for enhancing the flexibility, shielding and high temperature resistance of a cable, saving the cost and improving the efficacy. |
