titleOfInvention | Organic/inorganic hybrid injection filling material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an organic/inorganic hybrid injection filling material and a preparation method thereof. The organic/inorganic hybrid injection filling material comprises a component A and a component B which are independently packaged, wherein the component A is composed of silicate and a catalyst; and the component B is prepared from any one of the following 1)-4): 1) polyether glycol, polyisocyanate and a plasticizer; 2) polyether glycol, a chain extender, polyisocyanate and a plasticizer; 3) polyether glycol, polyisocyanate, a plasticizer and assistants; and 4) polyether glycol, a chain extender, polyisocyanate, a plasticizer and assistants. The catalyst is at least one of triethylenediamine, trimethyl benzylamine, pentamethyl diethylenetriamine, N-ethyl morpholine, 1,3,5-tri(dimethylaminopropyl)hexahydrotriazine and 2,4,6-tri(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol. The material has the advantages of low viscosity, adjustable reaction time, low maximum reaction temperature, high expansion ratio after curing, favorable flame retardancy, high safety, environment protection and low price, and is convenient for construction. |
