titleOfInvention Purification method of cleistanthus sumatranus glucoside
abstract The invention provides a purification method of cleistanthus sumatranus glucoside. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) pulverizing and sieving cleistanthus sumatranus leaves used as raw materials to obtain crude powder of the cleistanthus sumatranus leaves; (2) pouring the crude powder of the cleistanthus sumatranus leaves into an extracting device for ultrasonically extracting and collecting extracting solutions; (3) adding the extracting solutions into an ultrafiltration membrane system to remove impurities such as macromolecules and the like to obtain permeating solutions; (4) decoloring the permeating solutions by adding active carbon, and performing condensation under reduced pressure on the decolored solutions until the solutions turn into alcohol-free solutions; (5) pouring concentrated solutions into water bath, slowly adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the water bath, standing and naturally crystallizing at the room temperature after the concentrated solutions are clarified, filtering to obtain a crystal substance and drying to obtain the cleistanthus sumatranus glucoside. The method is high in extraction efficiency, safe and environmentally friendly, and easy to operate and recycle solvents.
