titleOfInvention Preparation method of nutritional medium for stropharia rugosannulata
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of a nutritional medium for stropharia rugosannulata. The preparation method mainly comprises the parameters: temperature, humidity, component ratio and process flows and is characterized in that the component ratio is as follows: 37-50% of wheat straws, 1-3% of quick lime, 20-45% of sorghum, 18-30% of bean pulp and 20-45% auxiliary materials; and the process flows are as follows: 1, smashing the wheat straws to be shaped like 1-2cm fibers, sufficiently mixing the smashed wheat straws, the bean pulp and the sorghum, and adding 80-90% of water in the mixing process; 2, composting materials discharged in the process flow 1, and fermenting for 10-15 days; 3, carrying out secondary stirring on the fermented materials, adding 1-3% of the quick lime, meanwhile, adding the auxiliary materials according to a certain ratio, and uniformly stirring the materials; 4, bagging the materials discharged in the process flow 3, and sterilizing in a high-temperature boiler; 5 racking the sterilized matrix bags, and carrying out secondary sterilization on the matrix bags; and 6, inoculating strains to the matrix bags treated in the process flow 5, and dispersing the matrix bags on a glade to generate and grow fungi at the temperature of 18-25 DEG C and the humidity of 85-95%.
