titleOfInvention Method for preparing seafood mushroom nutrient medium
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing a seafood mushroom nutrient medium, which comprises temperature, humidity, and composition proportion as well as process flow. The nutrient medium comprises the following raw materials by proportion: 34-50% of straw, 2-5% of cow dung, 8-15% of quicklime, 20-30% of wood chip, 15-20% of crop straw, 15-20% of soybean powder and 6-15% of auxiliary material. The process flow comprises the following steps: 1)uniformly mixing straw, wood chip, quicklime, crop straw, cow dung, soybean powder and auxiliary material, adding 80-90% of water for spraying and building a pile, coating a film on a pile and then sealing, exposing for 10-15 days under daylight, heating and fermenting under room temperature in autumn and winter; 2)uniformly mixing after fully fermenting, packaging and placing in a high temperature boiler for disinfection; 3) grounding and filling in bed, sealing door and window, disinfecting for second time to a culture chamber; 4)inoculating strain on the nutrient medium; and 5)keeping indoor temperature at 18 DEG C, and growing the strain under condition of humidity at 90-95%.
