abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing a seafood mushroom nutrient medium, which comprises temperature, humidity, composition proportion as well as process flow. The nutrient medium comprises the following raw materials by proportion: 45-65% of wheat straw, 5-10% of gypsum powder, 5-15% of quicklime, 10-20% of wood chip, 15-20% of cob, 15-20% of soybean powder and 5-10% of auxiliary material. The process flow comprises the following steps: 1)uniformly mixing wheat straw, wood chip, quicklime, cob, gypsum powder, soybean powder and auxiliary material, adding 80-90% of water and building a pile, and coating a film and sealing, exposing for 10-15 days under daylight, heating and fermenting under room temperature in autumn and winter season; 2)uniformly mixing after fully fermenting, packaging and placing in a high temperature boiler for disinfection; 3) grounding and filling in bed, sealing door and window, disinfecting for second time to a culture chamber; 4)inoculating strain on the nutrient medium; and 5)keeping indoor temperature at 18 DEG C, and growing the strain under condition of humidity at 90-95%. |
