titleOfInvention Preparation method for agrocybe aegirit nutritional medium
abstract A preparation method for an agrocybe aegirit nutritional medium is disclosed. The technical scheme comprises control on temperature, humidity and composition proportions and the technological flow. The preparation method is characterized in that the composition proportions comprise, 34%-65% of straw, 27%-35% of cotton seed hull, 5%-15% of quicklime, 10%-20% of rice bran, 10-30% of wheat bran, 5%-10% of crushed wheat straw, and 5%-15% of an auxiliary material; the technological flow comprises, (1) uniformly mixing straw, cotton seed hull, quicklime, rice bran, wheat bran, crushed wheat straw and the auxiliary material according to a certain ratio, adding 80%-90% of water in a spreading manner, piling, then sealing by covering with a film, solarizing in the sun for 10-15 days, or performing heating fermentation in a heated house in autumn and winter; (2) after fermentation is fully performed, turning over and stirring uniformly, bagging and putting in a high-temperature boiler for sterilization and disinfection; (3) putting on a rack and filling a bed, enclosing doors and windows, and performing secondary sterilization disinfection on a culture room; (4) inoculating a spawn to the medium; and (5) keeping the indoor temperature to be about 18 DEG C and the humidity to be 85%-92% for spawn running and growth.
