abstract The invention discloses a concrete water reducing agent prepared from waste leather slag. The concrete water reducing agent is prepared from the following materials in parts by mass: 100-120 parts of clean waste leather slag, 200-240 parts of water, 0.5-1 part of a permeating agent JFC, 1-1.2 parts of 2709-alkaline protease, 30-40 parts of formaldehyde with the mass percentage of 36%, 2-5 parts of a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass percentage of 40%, 4-6 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, a modifier and a sulfonation reagent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the concrete water reducing agent prepared from the waste leather slag; the concrete water reducing agent prepared by the preparation method is high in water reducing efficiency; the preparation technology is unique, and the usability is high; a new way is supplied to recycling the waste leather slag produced by a leather enterprise, and a new raw material is provided for preparation of the water reducing agent.
