The rhizoma paridis total saponin cataplasm is composed of 0.2-1 part of rhizoma paridis total saponin, 1-5 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1-0.5 part of aluminium hydroxide, 10-30 parts of glycerol, 1-5 parts of citric acid, 0.5-3 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.5-3 parts of carbomer, 1-3 parts of gelatin, 0.5-3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5-4 parts of arabic gum, 0.5-4 parts of xanthan gum, 0.5-2 parts of Tween-800, 0.5-2.5 parts of azone, 0.5-2.5 parts of borneol, 0.5-2.5 parts of propanediol, 0.5-2.5 parts of peppermint oil and a proper amount of water. The rhizoma paridis total saponin cataplasm overcomes the disadvantages of low drug loading capacity, inaccurate administration dosage, poor affinity to skins, low absorptivity, inconvenient use and poor stability of a conventional use method of rhizoma paridis, has the advantages of good curative effect, safety, non toxicity, convenient use and accurate administration dosage, and has good application prospects and market potentials. |
