titleOfInvention Preparation method and application of notopterygium volatile oil microcapsules
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method and an application of notopterygium volatile oil microcapsules. The preparation method is characterized in that the microcapsules are prepared by the following steps: dissolving wall materials such as maltodextrin and Arabic gum in hot water at the temperature of 60-70 DEG C, thereby obtaining a wall material liquid; adding a core material notopterygium volatile oil and an emulsifier into the wall material liquid, stirring, homogenizing, thereby obtaining emulsion; and performing ultrasonic inclusion and spray drying on the emulsion, thereby preparing the notopterygium volatile oil microcapsules. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, practical and high in controllability, and the prepared notopterygium volatile oil microcapsules have the effects of killing bacteria and diminishing inflammation and are obvious in effects.
