titleOfInvention Application of nudaphantin A in preparation of antibacterial agent
abstract The invention discloses application of nudaphantin A extracted from rhizome of nuphar japonicum in preparation of an antibacterial agent. A preparation method of nudaphantin A comprises the following steps: firstly, grinding a nuphar japonicum rhizome raw material, adding 30-90% ethyl alcohol the amount of which is 6-10 times that of the nuphar japonicum rhizome raw material, and soaking and extracting for 2-3 times; secondly, filtering an extracting solution, adding the filled extracting solution into an ultrafiltration membrane system, and carrying out ultrafiltration; thirdly, recycling ethyl alcohol from permeate, then adding the permeate into macroporous resin to be adsorbed, washing with deionized water until a solution is colourless, and then eluting with 3-6BV of 50-80% ethanol solution; and (4) adding activated carbon into eluate for refluxing and decolorizing, carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the decolorized solution, standing and crystallizing, filtering out, and drying, so that nudaphantin A is obtained. The obtained nudaphantin A can be used for preparing the antibacterial agent.
