titleOfInvention Production method of mildew removing additive containing zeolite powder and kaolin mixture
abstract The invention provides a production method of a mildew removing additive containing a zeolite powder and kaolin mixture. The production method comprises the following steps of A, smashing clay and activated carbon to 100 meshes, mixing the clay and activated carbon according to the mass ratio of 2:1, and then, regulating the water content to 45% by adding water to obtain a mixture for later use; B, proportioning rhizoma gastrodiae and white paeony roots according to the mass ratio of 1:4, smashing into powder, soaking the powder with clear water for 1 hour, then, adding the soaked powder into an extraction tank, adding 75% of ethanol solution, and preparing a rhizoma gastrodiae and white paeony root extractive by using an ethanol extraction method; C, adding hydroxymethyl cellulose accounting for 5% of the total weight of the rhizoma gastrodiae and white paeony root extractive, mixing, then, cooking to be pasty, and drying to obtain powder; and D, adding crude fibers, medical stone powder, a mildew preventive and an antioxidant into the powder obtained in the step C, then, mixing the powder and the mixture obtained in the step A, and granulating to obtain the mildew removing feed additive with the zeolite powder and kaolin mixture as an adsorbent. The mildew removing additive containing the zeolite powder and kaolin mixture is long in storage time and capable of eliminating pollution of mildew toxins to feeds and animal foods, enhancing the immunity and anti-stress capability of animals and improving the production and propagation performances of the animals.
