titleOfInvention Yoghourt product with enteromorpha
abstract The invention relates to a yoghourt product with enteromorpha and a preparation method of the yoghourt product. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: selecting pure-natural enteromorpha, extracting enteromorpha extract containing rich protein, fat, ash, amino acid, linolenic acid in unsaturated fatty acid and five macroelements such as Ca, Mg, P, K and Na, and mixing the materials with fermented culture and milk together to prepare the yoghourt with the enteromorpha. The yoghourt product with the enteromorpha is prepared by mixing 25.0%wt of enteromorpha extract, 2.0%wt of juices with different tastes, 3%wt of soybean polysaccharide and 70%wt of defatted milk according to the matching ratio, adding 1.0%wt of freeze-dried mixed five-part probiotics (lactobacillus casei, bifidobacterium, plant bacillus lactate, streptococcus thermophilus and acidophilous-milk bacillus), and fermenting for 8-10 hours. The yoghourt product is good in taste, high in viscosity and soft in flavor, maintains the original natural fragrance of the enteromorpha, has the effects of invigorating the stomach and benefiting intestines, removing qi stagnation and grease, promoting the circulation of qi and removing stasis, cleaning the intestines and the stomach, reducing the blood fat, strengthening the spleen and calming the nerves and refreshing the body and the mind, can reduce the concentration of the blood fat by frequently drinking for the hyperlipidemia, and is conductive to restore normality of the fatty liver and the liver function so as to achieve the effect of losing weight.
